Apparel Printing Process:
Thrasher Sports Apparel uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for all apparel orders. This is different from the silk screen printing process. In DTG printing, ink is applied directly onto the garment using state-of-the-art technology to produce high-quality printing with no limits on the number of colors in the design and no order minimums. 
 
Printable Area on Apparel:
We have a maximum print area of approximately 12” x 16” on the front and back of the apparel. Please see the diagram below. We are currently not able to print on the sleeve or any other area of the garment but we are working to improve that.
