Thrasher Sports Apparel DOES NOT make custom logo's or art work. It is the clients responsibility to provide all art work or logo's if not on file at Thrasher Sports Apparel.. It is the customers sole responsibility to make sure they have permission for art work to be placed on their jersey and that the art work is not copyrighted material. Once the customer approves the provided jersey proof sent from Thrasher Apparel they take full responsibility for images on any apparel, By you the customer approving the jersey proof you are stating that you have permission to use all images and that Thrasher Sports Apparel is not liable for any images which you may not have the rights to use.
Thrasher has a large library of sponsor logos, however the ultimate responsibility for providing logos is with you, the customer. When you fill out your order form, simply list the logo name and position. If we do NOT have the logo in our library, we will email you with a request for the logo. Keep in mind that you should only be requesting logos that you have permission to use. To make your jersey’s print with the highest quality possible, we prefer to use only vector graphics. When enlarged for a jersey, vector images will not become “pixilated” (fuzzy) as will Bitmap Images such as jpegs.
We can use Hi Res bitmap images (300+ dpi) if that’s all you can get. Please do not send images taken from the internet – they will almost never be usable. Or, if your logo is just made up of text, we can place it on the shirt using a similar font. If you are unable to get a logo in vector or Hi Res, we will automatically apply your logo in text only. If, before the proof is approved, you get the logo, we will replace the text with your logo.
To avoid delays in design, you should get your logos together BEFORE submitting the order form, then send us the logos immediately after submitting the order. Remember that we can’t get started without the logos! Be sure that when you email logos to us that you put your name and order ID# in the subject line of the email so we can put the logos together with your order.
PROOFS & TIME LINE
Once we have received your order form AND all logos, we will begin the design process. Please keep in mind that for us, the Order Date is the date we have everything we need to get started (order form, all logos and background information), NOT the date the form is submitted.
The purpose of the proof is to correct any errors - Proofs are NOT sample designs that can be changed if you change your mind about colors or logos.
1. We work on orders in the order in which we receive them. Depending on time of year, it can take up to 7 days after receipt of your order before we can begin work on your design. The actual design process takes a couple of days.
2. After the design is finished you will be sent a full color proof. The proof gives you an opportunity to verify that names are spelled correctly, logos placed as per your instructions, and that colors are as requested. We will always correct any errors and send another proof at no extra charge.
(If you add or substitute logos, change colors or background, or make any other design changes after receiving the 1st proof, there will be a $15 charge for each subsequent proof.)
3. If you make multiple design and/or color changes that exceed three proofs, we will require payment in full before proceeding with additional proofs.
4. When you approve the proof, we will begin production of your jersey. We will delivery to you within three weeks of approval.
