1. Customer-Provided ArtworkThrasher Sports Apparel does not create or design custom logos or artwork. It is the sole responsibility of the customer ("you") to provide all necessary logos and graphics unless those assets are already on file with Thrasher Sports Apparel.
By submitting artwork for use in your custom apparel order, you affirm that:

By submitting artwork for use in your custom apparel order, you affirm that:
- You own or have secured permission to use all logos, graphics, and intellectual property.
- The submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
- You accept full legal responsibility for any images, logos, or marks used in your order.
2. Use of Sponsor LogosWe maintain a large internal library of commonly used sponsor logos. However, you are ultimately responsible for:
- Identifying the correct sponsor logos and their placement on your apparel
- Ensuring you have the explicit right to use each logo
3. Artwork File RequirementsTo ensure the highest print quality, we strongly prefer that all logos be submitted as:
- Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or editable PDF)
- Vector files ensure crisp and scalable graphics without pixelation.
- High-resolution bitmap images (minimum 300 DPI at actual size)
- Acceptable formats: .PNG, .JPG, .TIFF
If your logo is not provided in a usable format, we will:
- Substitute the logo with text only, using a similar font, style, and placement
- If a usable version is provided before proof approval, we will update the design accordingly at no additional charge
4. Submission Timeline & ProofsTo avoid delays in design, all logos and artwork should be submitted at the same time as your order form. Send files via email to [email protected], and be sure to include your full name and order ID in the subject line.

- Any relevant design notes or background information
5. Proof Review ProcessOnce your design is completed, we will send you a digital color proof for review. The proof is intended to verify accuracy, not for redesigns or experimentation. Please check carefully for:
- Spelling of names
- Logo placements
- Colors and layouts
Please note:
- Changes involving new logos, color adjustments, or layout redesigns after the first proof will incur a $15 revision fee per additional proof
- If the number of revisions exceeds three rounds, we will require payment in full before any further revisions are made
6. Production & DeliveryOnce you approve the final proof, your order will proceed to production. Delivery is typically completed within three (3) weeks of proof approval. Please note that delays in logo submission or repeated changes to the design may extend turnaround times.
Summary of Customer Responsibilities
- Provide all logos/artwork unless already on file
- Ensure all submitted content is properly licensed or owned
- Submit logos in vector or high-resolution format
- Approve the design proof with full awareness of content and legal responsibility
